The Vendors listed below have agreed to respond within the framework of the RFP Guidelines generated by the RFP+ Sub-Group of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production. This Group has prepared Navigating the Vendor Proposal Process: Best Practices for the Selection of Electronic Discovery Vendors to make it easier for users of ediscovery vendors to compare apples to apples when choosing a vendor in this area. The Sub-Group does not contain any vendor representatives, but from time to time seeks input from the Vendor Panel as the Group may deem appropriate. The documents contain common definitions and terms, and are accompanied by such documents as a sample, tailored Request for Information and a decision-matrix based on the sample RFP and RFI. The Sedona Conference makes no representations or warranties, implied or express, with respect to the services provided by any of the listed vendors beyond the statement that by agreeing to be listed, the vendors have represented that they will respond within the context of the documents described above.
